The sales guy always comes over and hounds me while I am just trying to casuallt stroll the mountain bikes. then begins the same questions process of trying to talk me down to a lesser bike I can afford today or take out a line of credit with Trek. Knowledgeable and friendly but nothing worse than a sales guy breathing down your neck before you get your bearings in the store.
Best bike shop in the country. I've gotten to know mostly everyone there and they all fantastic people that will bend over backwards to make you and your rides happy.
