Northshore Off-Road Biking Association (NORBA) is a Louisiana IMBA (International Mountain Bike Association) chapter and 501(c)(3)non-profit mountain bike and trail building alliance for the eastern Florida Parishes on the Northshore of New Orleans, Louisiana.
