If you live in and around Upington and you are into walking, running or cycling, become a member of Upington Crusaders and stay up to date with the latest news, details of upcoming events, results, photographs of past events and a forum to share your views.
Upington Crusaders is a Multi Sports Club located in Upington catering for both the cyclists & the runner. We serve the entire Gordonia area and have members from Groblershoop to Marchand as well as from Southern Namibia.
Our goal is to encourage a healthy, fit lifestyle. Seeing as we are located far from other towns we host a event almost every month. Upington Crusaders is liscenced by Athletics SA and is currently in the proses of registering with Cycling SA.
Upington Park Run (a weekly event associated with the club), is a fun, social opportunity where the community is exposed to the running culture. It is hosted every Saterday morning from 7am at Liebenberg street.
