If ranked solely on service, they would get a 5 star rating in my book. Very friendly and helpful. Also, the building is the coolest. Really cool vibe and feeling in the shop. Only reason I didn't rank them higher is that they have almost no bikes on the floor and have to order almost anything in you'd be interested.
Great shop, the owner is a genuine dude who loves bikes and loves to be of service. His crew is also a great group of employees, always helpful. They stock some solid brands and definitely spend time finding products that will be of great use to their customer base. Totally unique layout and vibe included!
Matt, Michael and the crew have provided me with friendly and professional service for over 15 years of abusing bikes; getting me tuned-up before DH/Enduro racing, warranty/accident issues, ordering hard to find parts and a whole lot more. Great Ogden business!
