FOKP is an informal group of Kerrville trail lovers that work together under the auspices of the Kerrville Parks and Recreation Department to improve trails and access to trails in the city of Kerrville. Trail building and maintenance activities are organized through Hill Country Bicycle Works, in close consultation with Kerrville Parks and Recreation Department.
