Every time I go in here they ask for my phone number. When I give them the number, they always ask if I am "Igor" or some other name like that which is definitely not my name. Somehow my phone number is mixed up with the account of some other person. Haven't been able to fix it on any of three visits.
Other than that I haven't had any negative experience here. Sometimes they have what I'm looking for (master links, orange seal, park tools stuff, etc.) and sometimes not (kid sized mtb gloves).
