In agreeing with the '14 review, I have to concur, but it's even worse. Don't buy high end from them or have it maintained. They goof up simple repairs and charge twice as much as any other shop around. They even charge customers for the tools they don't have to do routine maintenance- a shimano hub no less. Every other shop in the area owns the tools needed to do maintenance on a shimano hub. Be careful going here, is all.
