Every time I have visited Bill's Bike shop the owner, Mark has greeted me and taken care of any questions I had. When they work on my bike they seem to treat it like their own I have a rattle coming from somewhere on the rear of my bike and could not figure out what it was. Mark took it for a ride and diagnosed the problem correctly, thank you Mark. It was driving me crazy.
This is a top notch XC / AM bike shop.
The people running this place are very kind and are always willing to help out. You can join in on team rides if you ask or are invited either way. Thumbs up
