Bike Doctor has been an active and integral part of the local bicycle scene for a quarter of a century. Since starting out, owner/operator paul bogaert has worked with outstanding not-for-profit groups, such as HUB, BEST, BCCC and OCB, in creating a better cycling environment for the lower-mainland.
