They have a history of cancelling shuttle rides last minute. I decided to give it a shot - bought a couple seats on a shuttle for a day my sister was visiting from out of the country. They cancelled (via email - not even a phone call!) just hours before the shuttle was supposed to happen.
They only offered me a refund - nothing for the inconvenience they caused. I'd give them 0 stars if I could.
