Purchased my Knolly Chilcotin from Brian. Great bunch and very knowledgeable. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and their customer service. They have a huge selection of top end road and mountain bikes. Most if not all are custom builds from the frame up and these guys know what they are doing. I highly recommend Wrench Science to anyone wanting to purchase that custom bike they have been wanting for years.

Be very careful when buying from this company. I bought a brand new Pinarello Dyodo. They assembled it and we made an appointment for pickup. My sales guy rolled it over... and I pointed out the the cranks were used. I was expecting shock and a quick apology. Instead, he said they were brand new, but he would ask the service department. He brought the bike back in the store to show the service department and returned with the story that it looks like this because,"It's a common problem with unidirectional carbon."

i.e. 100% pure BS. The cranks were just plain old. I was in shock they would try to scam me with used parts on a new Pinarello and took pictures (Available on request, because I can't post them here) before refusing to accept the bike until they put new cranks on it.

Shockingly, the unidirectional carbon of the new cranks looked new.

I brought the bike home... and was not too surprised when the battery wasn't acting like a new battery, so I contacted ebikemotion (the battery supplier). I sent them the battery data they requested and ebikemotion concluded that... it was not a new battery.

Buyer beware with this slimy company. It's a damn shame too because they carry beautiful bikes.

Just purchased my 3rd bike from these guys. I already have one road bike and gravel. I wanted to upgrade to a top end road build. They were super meticulous as always and friendly with their service. Bike wont be ready for another 2 months but I was surprised at how detailed they are, highly reccomend!

It is not a normal bike shop with retail space but rather a custom builder / studio. Worth a visit.

Caveat Emptor. I got a C-64 from these guys. Worked with Tim in sales, who disclosed that he owns the company. He recommended Zipp wheels. I said no, I had Zipp 202s that literally disintegrated. My local shop contacted Zipp, who said oh, those wheels are on recall. They replaced the wheels, but hubs falling to pieces make a lasting impression. Tim at Wrench said no no, they've changed; the new 303s are phenomenal. I went along. A few thousand miles later, the back wheel warped. Wrench said those wheels have a lifetime warranty. Zipp said no, it's a 2-year warranty. Besides that, "We don't make that wheel anymore, so there's nothing we could possibly do." Wrench would not make good on its warranty representation. Disappointing, cheap and sleazy. The Zipp 303s had been marked down 15% from $2,850, so I only ate $2,500.
Back at build time, I asked about a chain guard. Mr. Tim said, oh, no, not with SRAM. It's so precise. About a week out, climbing a steep one, shifting a bit too late, the SRAM Red threw the chain off to the inside. With new pedals and cleats, I got stuck for the critical half second and took a spill, one of 4 in 60 years of riding. Wrong again. Wrench Science may not be a bad company, but I wouldn't buy a red reflector from them. Caveat emptor. Buyer beware.
