Cedar Valley Association of Soft Trails is a non profit group that manages multi use soft trails within Waterloo and Cedar Falls, Iowa. CVAST works closely with the state of Iowa and Black Hawk county land managers to build and maintain trails for many uses. Runners, hikers, and bikers work shoulder to shoulder on these fantastic trails.
