Top of Michigan Mountain Bike Association

A non-profit educational association whose mission is to create, enhance and preserve great trail experiences for mountain bikers, and to create a bicycle friendly community through cycling awareness, safety advocacy and promotion of bicycling for fun, fitness and transportation. TOMMBA seeks to preserve, protect, and promote mountain bike access and diverse riding opportunities through education, communication, and unified action. TOMMBA has been formed as a Michigan nonprofit corporation pursuant to the Michigan Nonprofit Corporations Act, Act 162 of 1982, as amended (the “Act”) by filing the Articles of Incorporation (the “Articles”) with the State of Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs Bureau of Commercial Services.
