Our full service bike repair shop rents Fat bikes, hard tails and full suspension bikes form Borealis, Specialized, Trek, Scott, BMC, and Niner. In addition to SUP's and Mountain bikes we serve the best espresso, Italian gelato, homemade muffins, and Hawaiian Shave Ice on the Gold Coast of Guanacaste.

Pura Vida Ride is a beautiful shop, with great gear and very nice people. The trails of Las Catalinas, which surround the shop, are simply world class, and constantly improving. It is the best singletrack in the tropics. Great flow, incredible views. Accessible to people of varying abilities, but it takes skill to go fast.
I agree with chasbrew's trail summary. Single track of this caliber is tropical gem. I must add there are many other reasons to visit PVR and the wonderful trail system. Some reasons include great folks, wonderful coffee, gelato and a great outdoor beach front hang out after a ride. Later in the day, Walk 50 meters and buy a cerveza at Limonada and walk back over to PVR and enjoy...
Nothing beats riding the ocean-view single track at Pura Vida Ride followed by a post ride hang out with friends in front of the shop by the beach. It doesn't get any better than that!
