Nice to see work being done on Lower Snake. Hope they block the braid where the trail is supposed to left around the tree. | May 1, 2019 @ 5:10pm May 1, 2019
Since moving to Burnaby this is now my local mountain. Good mix of trails for my needs, great to see trails are being well maintained. Suggestion/question: is there a way for people not on Facebook to get updates about trail maintenance and other news? | Oct 17, 2018 @ 3:24pm Oct 17, 2018
It's basically my local spot since moving to Burnaby last year. And I appreciate all the work that's been done on the main trails this year. Thanks BMBA! | Sep 17, 2018 @ 4:22pm Sep 17, 2018
Small ma/pa shop, Gibbs is very good helpful and always going the extra mile! Support your local LBS | Jun 24, 2018 @ 10:21pm Jun 24, 2018
AFAIK, BMBA is up against municipal politics prevent the group from doing legitimate trail work like TORCA or NSMBA does. It's sad for a gateway trail network for mtb beginners there isn't any attention paid into the maintenance of this network.... | Oct 2, 2017 @ 3:13pm Oct 2, 2017
north-shore-bike-shop: i get what you're saying, and for the most part totally agree with you. BUT, just because a group is doing trail work, it doesn't mean they are doing GOOD trail work. just this weekend (9/30/17) this group did irreversible... | Oct 2, 2017 @ 9:03am Oct 2, 2017
They don't do anything I live near SFU and it been the same trails for a long time there's nothing new | Aug 4, 2017 @ 7:49am Aug 4, 2017
Disappointing that someone would give a volunteer trail association a negative review. These busy hardworking people spend their precious "spare time" battling bureaucrats so that we can all have places to ride our bikes in a city bursting at the... | Dec 4, 2016 @ 11:16am Dec 4, 2016
This place is heaven, the people there are super friendly and always know what they are doing. Prices are fair, and they will provide assistance when needed. | Oct 17, 2016 @ 10:22pm Oct 17, 2016
The mountain closes down more trails than it builds in the name of environmental preservation. | Oct 17, 2016 @ 10:45am Oct 17, 2016
Staff are very friendly, know what they are doing and they do a quality job on tune ups. would recommend | Jul 29, 2015 @ 4:03pm Jul 29, 2015

These guys charged me over $18 to swap out a tube on my bike! I know how to swap a tire, I could have just done it myself it I had known they were going to charge me so much, I just wanted to use their air pump. My regular place does it for free.... | Jul 31, 2014 @ 2:11pm Jul 31, 2014
My piston exploded the morning before my scheduled trip to Whistler. I explained my dilemma and they put other bikes on hold and fixed mine in less than 3 hours. Caring people and a solid bike shop. | Jul 24, 2014 @ 7:55pm Jul 24, 2014
As a local who comes in a lot, they have been very helpful and given me great deals at times. Solid bike shop but a bit pricey. | Jul 24, 2014 @ 7:52pm Jul 24, 2014

These guys are honest, quick, and really helpful. I don't have to worry about waiting in a line, there's always someone who's got an answer. My first choice of bike shops, and easilly an underrated shop for bikes. | Feb 1, 2014 @ 12:49am Feb 1, 2014
Super nice people | Jan 27, 2014 @ 12:24pm Jan 27, 2014
Would love to support a local bike shop that's less then 5 minutes away from my house but like Kaz, I haven't had much luck. I have had one good experience where they were helpful and polite but 1/10 times doesn't do it for me. | Dec 11, 2013 @ 4:32pm Dec 11, 2013
Consistently ripping me off. Went in to buy tire levers, guy working the till didn't know how much they were so he charged me $5. Go back there a week later to buy a patch kit for $3.99, and it came with tire levers. Whelp. When I got home I opened... | Dec 11, 2013 @ 9:44am Dec 11, 2013 |
