I get to ride the park each time I visit my son in VT. I have been very impressed with the way they care for the park, maintain the trails and, in general, do a fantastic job of keeping it open for riding and marking places where you shouldn't ride...

Carries little to no new stock for mountain bikes. Shop mechanics are very knowledgable about all things cycling related and maintaining bikes but their services are very overpriced and customers are subject to being price-gouged for parts as well....

It is a hole in the wall, but Phil the proprietor is probably one of the best wheel builders going. He is knowledgeable, but he is eccentric and off-putting. I used to frequent the shop. He know his stuff; from road bikes to mountain bikes.

This shop is no more, last season was its last. The Rutland Parks Department decided it didn't do enough business to stay open.
