what size shocks can a shine take? and could some one send me a link to a air shock below £100 that would fit it

7.5 x 2 or 190 x 50mm, 22.2mm x 8mm hardware. Best bet is an X-fusion 02 RL at that price.
yeah i have the glyde coil i am wanting a air shock

the 02 series is air... we run mostly RLS or RCXs on ours with a b tune from X-Fusion.

It looks tiny Smile I'd love to see it stood next to my hornet

Well it's a 14 inch frame. If you want it to stand next to your Hornet all you have to do is to come to Greece for vacationsBeer Right now is perfect

Haha, better i don't come to Greece, i might steal your purple wheels. Maybe when the economy picks up i might look for work over that way.

Has anyone used 10 speeds on a Dartmoor Shine? Kind of curious about them; thinking of upgrading my 9 speed to 10 speed finally.

I used a Saint rear on my shine but only was able to squeeze 8 out of it.

I'm using a saint rear as well, why can't you get the 9th? I'm getting 9 speeds no problems, except on the smallest cog the chain rubs a bit.

I think it might depend on what size chainring you use up front and how far you've spaced the cassette from the hub.
Im thinking of getting rid of my 36t front as i think a smaller 32t or 30 will allow my to use the smallest cog on my cassette without it rubbing. Still not quite sure how you could run more than 8 gears though??

I'm running a 32T at the front, maybe that's why. It does rub a bit, but I reckon if I change to 30T it wouldn't. Maybe I'll report back when I do change it.

Yeah Im running a 36T up front. I might just have to look into a 32T if that will get me 9.
