Is that a medium?

Yes, I prefer a smaller frame but a 35mm stem will do just fine

It looks very sharp.

My Hornet doesn't look anywhere near as slack, will post pics tomorrow.

It's got 160mm Fox 34's with 26" wheels, it might just be the medium top tube height that makes it look much slacker

I forgot to get photos will take some later

Love the colors. Have you tried using those mobile app to check the geo? Still looks slack if you ask me.

Seeing your hornet makes me want to switch to 26 so I can run wider tyres. Are those 2.4?

I'd keep the travel right where it is, frame was built for 150mm travel.

If anything, I'd take some paint to that der and cover up the silver with black.

Damn that fork has a massive bridge!

Is that the 29er Yari, and, what's the weight of the bike?

Agreed, and i think im just going to go complete stealth/black, so painting the der will be my next job. The fork is the 2018 29er boost yari, so yea there’s years of clearance. I dont know the weight but i will try and measure it some time, if its any help (probably wont be) it doesnt feel particuarly heavy but it doesnt feel light.

I'm pretty sure they are 2.35 but one of them might be a 2.4.

I used the Iphone spirit level and it does show about 66° but it doesn't feel as slack as I'd like.

It might just be that it is a hardtail so i'm more used to the sag on a Full suspension bike.

How did you manage to route the dropper cables on hornets downtube

As the dropped is internal I used BBB Hydro guides and then wrapped the cable with velcro where it passes through the guides to stop any rattles.

I'm about to pull the trigger on a 29er Primal and planning maybe a 130 or 140 fork. How are you guys liking your 29's versus the 27.5? Any regrets? I'm on the fence between the two right now.

It'll probably be just a fun rig for some local trails nothing too big, that's what the Canyon Strive for.
