it comes with the 20mm through axle front with a qr conversion.
the rear wheel is qr but comes with a 12x135mm bolt on axle conversion
you can buy a 10mm bolt on axle from Azonic or price Point, it is the Momentum axle and is around $15

Super simply. Unscrew the end caps or w/e you want to call them (the end pieces that the skewer is routed through) and stick the axle body through there. Once that is tightened you just slide the actual axle through the wheel and bolt it up to your frame.

Really, im getting outlaws tomorrow and i need to take out the skewers because i have a glory and it just has axel holes or whatever instead of dropouts
