I'm looking for fixed cogs and I've found as small as a 12t is there anything smaller available out there? I have a BMX Flip-flop hub which have 2 different size hub shoulders to accomadate 2 different size freewheel bodies and would like to use this to go small in the way of a fixed gear cog.
I do not believe you can use fixed Cogs on a BMX hub. Fixie hubs have 16 threads normal thread and 16 threads reverse thread. you thread the cog on, and then you reverse thread on the lock-ring. In a BMX hub you have 32 threads on regular threads.
2007 Fuji Track. I changed the bars and added a brake but it's basically stock. It's a very cheap bike but I like the way it rides, comfortable on 40km commutes. Came with 48/16 but I think I'll get a 42 chainring and save my knees.

you better have some gnarly leg muscles, or a front brake to stop that beastly gear!
