Find a Volume Cutter Frame. My personal favourite steel fixed frame. Plus its barspin-able with the Fu-Manchu fork. You can find them for dirt cheap on the internet too.

I'll throw some pics up of mine soon if I remember. Taken off the back brake with all the cabling and shit, removed the decals, discovered a dent in the top tube (it's steel so not bothered) and if I haven't already posted it up added a home made chain tug for front facing dropouts. Looking much better now
