are the chainrings on a spline or something?

Just found this-

"The eye-catching new Spidering is 3D forged then machined into a one piece double chainset. Their forging process pushes all the grains outward from the center for improved stiffness."

so when you wear out your chainrings you have to buy a whole new crank set... Eek

... no, im pretty sure (if im understanding it correctly) that its just two chainrings moulded into one piece, the cranks are separate

EDIT:
yeah, one piece chainring set

Yeah, let's just stick to Omniums. The idea was to keep this bike around the $1500 mark.

That would be pretty amazing.

looks like making a track ring with correct chainline to go on that crank wouldnt even be all that hard!

So if we get some sort of freestyle crankset, maybe shave some weight, 3D print a chain ring with many arms to match, MONEY PEOPLE

Think if we make enough of a fuss, Canondale will get their heads out of their asses and make the damn thing? Am I sensing an Internet petition? Lol

Somebody should check North Shore Billet, they make a whole wack of one piece splined chainrings for SRAM mountain bike cranks... They would be the ones to do something like that.

With some risers on that'll look like such a fun bike to ride
