Looks killer!! Only thing i would change is a bit of a brighter flash and more light on his face. really make the picture pop.

Francesco, maybe next time try bringing up the ambient light. If you include the metadata when you upload then other people here can suggest some specific change to your settings.

Export > Include> Include all metadata. etc
[LR 5 anyway, think it's always been the same though]

I really like your second image! Very sharp, clear, good exposure, everything looks amazing. The only thing I don't like is your angle. In downhill I tend to be more attacked to images from the side or front. I like to see the focus in the eyes or a better representation of the speed or technicality the right is going through. Just my 2 cents though everyone has an opinion. Great work man.
