So close need a seat and brake installed and a headset (I have bearing in there for now but am not impressed) and yes my shed is a mess it's fricking cold and two feet of snow outside still

If you are going to run a pivotal seat and post then the tree ergo fat seat is really comfortable and for a brake Shimano deore or SLX are nice. As for a headset, i think that frame has an integrated bmx headset in which case I usually just run the cheapest, I think mine's an ACS I found for cheap on Amazon.

pretty much everything. I need a good headset the one I have is stiff wouldn't mind changing the bars and stem since hussefelt isn't my Favorite

I dig it and after a few rides it won't take much forcing, that new bike feel helps a lot (old guy speak)

It does. Reminds me of my stolen Void. Color scheme is very similar.
