iv tried everything , take the caliper off and you can physicly see the disc moving so i suspect its that

So is the disc warped ? have you tried to straighten it,did you try the paper behind one of the pads trick.?

Floaters are thicker than regular discs,your not solving the problem you actually gonna make it worse,you sure it's just not a shiny part tart moment,entirely upto you off course i'm just looking at the mechanical side of it.
