Ditto - still going at it:

Thanks for your response..I'm quite satisfied with the condition and
price, and I need you to understand that i am willing and ready to
purchase it right away, end the advert, consider me as your favorite
buyer. I will be paying the PayPal charges (3.4%) from my account and
will be paying directly into your PayPal account without any delay,
and I hope you have a paypal account. If you have one already, just
send me the address to send it to, which is the email address you use
for it or you can send me a paypal money request, so once i receive
the details i will go ahead with the payment through PayPal and then I
will contact my shipping company after you get the payment. I will
need your home address for it to be Picked Up by the Shipping
Company..

Regards

Glad to see you post on this thread. Makes me feel safer about our transaction. But here's a question: How can someone get scammed if they send money over etransfer? It would seen to me that it's a safe way.

A guy PMed me about my Enduro. Asked lots of question about the bike. Then said he would send money to my account and asked for my Paypal name. About 2 hours later the money did show up but when I read the note on it, it was for a large carbon enduro. Mine is a med. aluminum so I knew there was an issue. The guy went dark on my which was weird since money had been put in my account. upon digging deeper I saw they name from Paypal buyer was different and so was the shipping address. I contacted the person who had sent the money. he thought he was buying a large carbon and sent the money as the other guy had given him my information for payment. We were able to contact Paypal and get his money refunded and I still have my bike. If I wouldn't have checked.. the bike would have been sent to Los Angeles and I would have $2300 but the the guy who sent me money would have no bike and no money. BE AWARE OF THE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!! I took my bike off pinkbike. Rather sell in person than deal with the scammers.
