Need help, too many flats!

I am having a horrible problem with flats. I am running nevegal 2.35's on mavic 317 rims and a presta tube. I keep breaking the valve stem at the base. It appears that the tire is spinning on the rim and bringing the tube with it untill the valve breaks at the bottom. Anyone have any suggestions?

there is supposed to be a ring on the bottom of the valve above the rim that keeps it form moving and breaking it u could get one at a bike shop for like 50 cents

also try rubbing alcohol on rim and tire to remove any slippery substances!

BUy a Dh tube with a mettal valve if nothing else works.
