Revelation top out problem?

Hey, the other day my revelations lost air (blew a seal) and went all soft and what not. I fixed that and got it all sorted out, but now they're topping out majorly, has anyone had this problem and does anyone know how to fix it?
They're air u-turn and use the motion control damper)

What sides the top out spring usually located in? I've serviced the air cartridge but its still topping out, thinking its in the motion control?
