They are good but they are old. If you buy them they will probably need a service. Look at what happened with Gavin's forks. After 2 rides he found at that the fork does not rebound back fully and that the preload does not work. I would go for some toras in the sales. better new than old especially for forks. You dont know how long the guy had them and what they have been trough.

Both forks will fit, both have a 9mm QR axle.

If you have an option of fork , i wouyld not go for rock shox , theyre servicing department is unreliable , they , as of 2006 put a budget ( a limit ) on how much they spend on making a fork , unlike marzocchi or Fox and the metals they use are not as dense as other fork producers and therefore erode alot quicker.
