Trying out 29x2.6 on the Honzo.

Nice what tires are those? What do you think of them?

Rekon front and an Ikon rear. Only one ride so far but they grip pretty well for what they are and they roll faster than the 2.35 Forekasters I had on there. My home trails are pretty tame and fast so I won't know how they handle the gnar until I have time to get up North.

It's on Steel is Real MTB, you have to be a member because it's a closed group, I can not share the post... just search for Project 12 into the group...

Found it thanks! Thats a really good price for a full custom frame especially one as unique as this. Those chain stays are freaky thin! If I didn't just get a custom frame made I'd likely jump on this assuming the shipping to Canada wasn't crazy.

So I’m building up a PD moxie at the moment, seems to be a few owners in here;
The steel which I have is rated at 140 and the ti is rated 140-160
Any feedback from owners and again on the offset question?
Looking at ribbons so a choice of offset is available.
Initially thinking 150mm and 46mm offset so middle of the road

Lastly; headset size is zs44 ec 44 is it possible to run two ec44 cups instead? Would allow me to run a slacker head angle if I decide to play with it.

Great combo!!! Let us know how you get on?

The Ribbon is a very accomplished fork, still largely overlooked - hard to get people to change from fox/rockshox - three locals now riding them, faultless to date tup

BB rise instead of drop.
Must be awful to ride, but you won't have any pedal strikes.

Is it a 26 frame with 29 wheels?

Pretty sure the frame is fitted with a fork with more travel than what it was originally designed for.
