The ride is smooth though I wouldn’t say its super comfortable, not like how I imagine a ti frame to be. The bike is so capable it’s kind of absurd, way more capable than the 2016 scott spark it replaced. There aren’t many long descents here in Texas, even so it feels faster over flat ground than the scott. Amazing what hardtail can be these days.

I am certainly considering it, but to be honest I am not the rowdiest rider, plus my local area is as much up as it is down, so I'll give this angle a fair test before I change anything. Saw the video where a guy was raving about the improvement.
My new HT frame should be ready in a couple of weeks (9 months later! ), Although I do have a set of wheels ready for it, all this time sitting and pondering things has made me change my mind and want to spend more money! So, which carbon wheelset (Hubs & Rims) would you guys recommend and why? Enve, Reynold, i9, DT Swiss.......

Cheers.
My i9 wheel doesn't disappoint. I have it on my DJ and HT
Thanks guys, I hadn't thought of Sixth Element actually. I will have to give them a call as I do want centre lock hubs for this particular and I can't see that option in their builds.
As it happens, my current favourite is a pair of Industry Nine Hydra Enduro S Carbons. But lets see.
