Thanks man. It is/or was set up pretty allround, with the eagle xx1 group, seatpost and fox 36 talas 160, was Nice to be able to lower it to 140 on the go when climbing was needed.
I always wanted to over fork the shan and se how it is, so i put a rock shox totem 180mm on it yesterday lol. Will be interesting.
Its 26, i have the 26 inch dropout on the frame.

I posted my current Titus Loco Moto previously on pg 1865

....but here are some of my previous rides
XL Pole Taival. Ran it with a Lyrik, Zeb, and ultimately the far superior (IMO) Manitou Mezzer. I did borrow my F40 off my full squish for a period of time. Mainly for fun to see how it would look and how it would ride. It has a custom air spring w/ travel set to 178mm so it has an axle to crown like a 170mm single crown.

....BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE!!!

Not my first time running a dual crown on a hardtail. Let's go back to 2005.

PS: managed to break the Banshee Scream

Although the bikes aren't very aggressive, riding them down Tunnel, San Ysidro, and Cold Springs trials in Santa Barbara is pretty hardcore. Canti-lever rim brakes and all! If you know, you know!

Ah, the good ol college days!

Ahh the manitou SX's, what a game changer. Got a couple of sets here for resto builds. White set with Ti Spring and the entry level black one that somehow rides better lol.

I think it was 1996 when I first got them, they were a lot better than a Judy XC, but still had nothing on the Marzochi's Z1's. What a great time for bikes, you just rode what you had and rode the wheels off them, I swear the trails were rowdier too. How I didn't die I'll never know.

Can't believe this TREK lol! I had one very similar, I think it was the same model, 4300 disc? I had a great set of Manitou forks on it, got stolen. Rode that for many many years and wore out 2 sets of forks on it, and 3 drivetrains lol!

A shitty trek 3700 was my first mtb. Got it just as a commuter in college but then my neighbors took me camping/riding in Moab and that was how it all started for me. I gave it to my little brother who promptly got it stolen by leaving it unsecured on a rack outside a bar. Still regret that to this day. I owe a lot to that pos trek and wish I still had it.
