Did the 50 hour service about 1 month ago.

Pull the axles and check bearings. The stick spartan bearings aren’t great quality, I got 6-9 months on my two Spartans.

Also, check your rear axle - the split pivot can back off and will give that kind of noise.

I got Bike of the Day on Vital MTB for my laBRONZE James Spartan I built.
I’ve since added carbon Roval Traverse 38 wheels and Stylo Eagle Carbon cranks

Decided on switching to coil. Hoping for some input on a spring rate to start with, on my 2019 Spartan.

160lbs - use the bike for everything, trail, jump lines, bike park. Can someone recommend me a starting spring rate to try out?

Awesome, now how long until that ride gets some bronze Tmac pedals on it???

I’m trying to sell it.
I agree it would look awesome with Bronze pedals but my budget’s too tight to spend $150 on pedals that the new owner may or may not want. I felt my used black aluminum Deity’s are good enough.

I want $4,000 for it with carbon Roval Traverse 38 wheels and carbon SRAM Stylo Eagle crankset.
Or $3,500 for it basically as seen in the photos, except new GX Eagle cranks

I haven’t ridden it at all. This large frame is super long

New Ride

The GX LTD build

Got lucky and received X01 cranks from devinci, I was told by my dealer that they must of ran out of the gx.

Switched out the race face arc/vault wheels to the carbon reynolds black label 349's that were on my Troy. Believe it or not devinci shipped this bike with assegais front and back. They're now on my Troy with the race face arc/vault wheel set.

Thanks to Abacall and freerider11 for all the info leading up to my purchase. It's pretty incredible how different it is than my Troy.
