Hello All,

Apologies for hijacking the thread.

Are there any engineers in the Coventry area? I need the PCD slotting on my chain device so it will fit my bike and not foul the chain stay.

cheers

Those pedals look sick! Been wanting to mill some, but haven't yet. Here's my current project... 200mm travel links for my Voltage FR. Will be 6061.

Thanks! They worked awesome, but the heat treat on the spindles was too hard and they snapped after a while. Been so busy they got put to the side.
The link looks sweet, follow through with it!

I thinking of using existing spindles & just making the platforms. Spindles are out of my league. I'll def post results of the link.

Wow, thought this thread died out. Ive dropped becoming a machinist, didnt have the credentials since i was a dummy in school and lost the passion enough to decide it wasnt worth it to claw my way into schooling, took on my second passion which is woodwork and house framing, absolutely loving it.

...and jump building. I'm no machinist by trade, but have access to tools through my job... I take advantage! It isn't easy.
