Colorado DH in May?

I'm going to Colorado in May this year. I'd like to take my bike, but so far my research isn't going too well - most of the bike parks are closed until June which is no use to me.

Anyone got any recommendations of anywhere I can ride (preferably with lift access) in mid-late May?

Maybe, Sol Vista depending on weather. That is the only possibility in may.

As far as lift access, unfortunately nothing opens till June. Shuttling in Grand Junction would be your best bet

Hmm, thanks. I would ideally like to do some bike park riding, I may or may not be there with my girlfriend so something at the tame end of the spectrum (E.g. blues) would be good.

But if I can't do that, is there anywhere that would be good to take my XC bike? Near Denver?
