Having some serious trouble removing this bb, i'm running a metal rod through to the opposite side and trying to hammer out the bearing. I've tried working my way around, i've tried hammering one spot for ages but it's just not oging to budge, any other ideas?

try a different spot on the bearing and hit it harder. worked for me.
