So my question is i have a MTB the year is 2002 ,
Bottom Bracket: Tien Hsin TH-7418 AL sealed cartridge,
Bottom Bracket Spindle Length: 110mm
Bottom Bracket Shell Width: 68mm English
Crankset: Cyclone 4 Rox, 22/32/44 teeth

But i would like to change that to something better like the truvativ stylo 3.3 with the

You can run a Stylo 3.3 on your bike. There will be three 2.5mm spacers that go between the bearings and the hub shell - you'll put one on the left hand side and two on the right. Its all in the instructions.

The reason for the spacers is that the crankset is designed for 73mm BB shells too - you then only run spacer on the right hand side and the other two don't go on the bike at all.

The reason for the extra spacer on the right side is if you run a BB mounted chain guide or derailler.

BB shells are the same thread and diameter for 99% of bikes made over the last 20 years - only the shell width differs.

You have the choice of 170 or 175mm crank lengths (measured from the centre of the pedal hole to the centre of the crank hole). You current cranks should show the length on the inside of the crank arm - sometimes near the pedal.
