i recently got a set of monster t forks on a big hit i bought. i took them off and changed them for some boxxers and got the bike fixed up and it rides lovely. i didnt ride it with the monster t's on but i wanna know if they are any good and worth trying out?
they appear to be in good shape...
they are pretty old i think from around 2001 with red bomber stickers on the lowers and raw ali finish. like the one in the photo below.
also does anyone know what these are worth as i hear they are pretty rare with something like 1000 made?

They are not that bad.

But since they or 2001, they are old and the technology isn't as good as 2011.

I would give them a go, might be fun to play around with.

I don't know if they are rare forks.

I had 2003 Monster T's and thought they were awesome. Super plush and reliable. I rode them HARD and they just took the punishment. Only problem is they weigh like 13 lbs, roughly double the weight of a new Boxxer. Sold them 2 years ago for $300.

yeah im thinking about trying them on the next bike i build. they look pretty decent and got to be worth a go. dont wanna sell them until i try them out, i might prefer them to my 888's.

That fork is sturdy and offers good damping if in good shape. However it weighs more than some automobiles ...
