Ok one more question. I'm looking Into buying a 1 1/8 fork and new headset. I've read that the glory (2010) has a really wierd headset. What are the options?

It's a normal zero stack headset fir a tapered headtube.

Ignore the people talking about that overdrive 2 bullshit.

So a cane creek 40 tapered headset would work? I read that the lower cup is much bigger on the glory is that just bs?

You need a 44mm semi integrated upper cup and a 56mm semi integrated lower cup.

It will be one that fits 1'1/8 straight steertube
