I'm looking to buy a new bike. I want singlespeed, wheel size doesn't matter, and disc brakes. I can't decide on the fork or bike. I am looking at the 2012 specialized p1, 750$ with a rigid fork. I know it's a good bike, and I have ridden bmx for a while before now so I really want SS and the rigid fork doesn't realy bother me. any ideas? the p1 would be easy to get, and I don't wanna spend over 900. any ideas?

I say get the P1. It's a good starter bike. Great price too and easy to pick up at the lbs. You could easily test drive before you buy too tup

Banshees are sick. Almost bought one but went with the P.3 instead. It was toss up really, negligable difference. I am going to build a Spitfire for sure though.
