okay i got them both moving,
now the problem is they arent out equally, one is a bit more on the inside when the other is fully out

Just clean and lube the one that wont come out as far as best you can.

The one that moves the most pull and hold the disc against it and pump the lever to try and get the other to realign,if this doesn't work take the wheel of and push the pads back in,then put thw wheel back in and pump the lever until the pads center themselves.

one of the caliper's just keeps jumping back in, even when i pulled it out twice as much as the other one

Hold the one that comes out the most and pump to try and get fluid in and around the seal of the other.

Alright guys its me again,
I have put the front brake on (same make etc...)I used the bike for about half an hour and both *BOTH* calipers dont move and they totally trap the disc and i cant move the wheel, do i still do it the same way but hold both sides so they dont pop out? thanks,,,,
