Serious shootout there. I couldn't decide. The second one is prettier, but I like the spec of the first one a little more. The wheels on the first one are sick. Whats the weight on the second one?

finished project and I m damn proud of it

Speclist and weight please? I hate to say it, but I think they have you beat Razz Yours is a sick bike and I would LOVE to own it, but I don't know that I would rate it at the "ultimate" level like theirs are.

Sorry I d'on't speak English well.
In the title I had understood that the "nomad carbon" was the ultimate bike.
sure that mine is not "ultimate", sorry.Redface

I'll edit my first message with speclist and weight.Wink

Oh no, you are fine. You could take it either way really. I would rate your bike as 10x better than most on this site.

im loving the style of the first one. the second one is sexy, but the seat. in my opinion the gold/yellow on the seat ruins it.

Updated the brakes with Shimano Deore XT RT-86 Ice Tech rotors (203mm front and 180mm rear). Also bought resin pads instead of the stock metal pads.

Found out some massive part missing on one side of the front brakepad (left if I am not mistaking) and the rotors were rather greasy while I use brake cleaner about 2 times a month and I take the wheels out when I grease the chain and use a towel when I spray fork deo. According to the smell, it seems to be the green Shimano grease... will investigate more on that. Photos of the pad will follow.

The new pads perform better (ofcourse compared to the stopping power of metal pads and non Ice Tech rotors when there was no sign of grease on them) but I haven't had the chance to use them on a long downhill section. It is on my to do list though Smile

Will keep you informed!
