90% of the time I run it in low, Don't notice much of a difference to be honest

Thanks, needed to double check. I suppose if a shock is a trunion mount it's automatically out of the equation?

I would ask, there are adapters and hardware out there. What are you looking at?

I am thinking of updating my Remedy 8 2018 and increase the travel to 170mm.
I know it can be done without problems.
Has anyone done it?

My buddy has done it on his 2018 remedy as well. He said it just made the bike super slack. Personally I don’t really see a performance benefit
