I don't get it? It looks like all the other FOX forks, but with what looks like World Cup stripes. What gives?

Such a terrible red. Definitely worth removing the link and then at the very least sticker. Or sticker and clearcoat. Or raw, assume not carbon. Or paint over raw. Or just repaint, or stain if that's a thing. Maybe with shellac?
