Forgive me for asking the noob question, but I have searched the web/forum and found nothing helpful.

The DMR Cult Crank comes with no graphic instruction for installion........and for noob like me....I am totally lost.

Can anyone shows me how to put the pieces together and install??????and what lubricant should I use????
