I’ve tried just about every brake, and I keep coming back to Hopes.

I love the Hayes Dominions. Had them on my Scout for the last year and have had zero issues.

I was thinking I might go for the MT7 next time I buy brakes. Probably to replace a set of G2 that are very “ok.”

I’m 4 years on a set. I might be the luckiest person ever but I’ve only had one issue that I caused and had to get a new lever body because I stripped it. All on me because I am a ham fist. I love my Mt7 brakes though. Just gobs of power, which is a good thing at my weight (275ish). I may up the rotor to 220/223 next in the front.

Big big fan of my TRP DHR Evos, great power, quiet even in the wet with the new resin pads, and wicked easy to bleed and service. I

I agree, just when you bleed them there's a clear seal that can fall off into the "chamber" so to speak and it's a pain in the ass to get out

2seasons on Mt5 with hc1 levers here. Coming off a slx 2pot set, so obviously it was an upgrade in terms of power and feel. I have yet to ran into any issues whatsoever with the maguras.

Do you reckon they'll be backwards compatible?
