Anyone with a smuggler running wider rims(30mm internal and up)? Wondering if it would cause clearance issues on a 2.3 tyre.

For what it's worth I'm running 30mm Easton Arcs 27.5 on a Scout with 2.35 Nibby Nic out back. No issues and could fit something a bit more aggressive at the same size in there, no bigger though.

2015 smuggler and I'm running 30mm inner diameter rims with maxxis 2.3 DHRII rear and 2.3 DHF front.

it's close but no rub, works great!! the rims I got are light bicycle carbon 32H, laced up with hope pro2 evo hubs, dt swiss comp nipples and spokes, love them!

I got an amazing deal. Very fortunate how the whole thing turned out. (Had my Santa Cruz stolen, friends set up a GFM, and ended up getting this)

threw the 2.4 Ardent and 2.35 Ikon combo on for the dry spring getting in shape on my local XC trails, will throw the 2.3 DHRII/DHF's back on when the bike parks open up!
