Hi, i tried search and nothing on it. Im just new to PB so here goes my first post and i'll be posting pics of my rig soon.hehehe but first, any idea on how to overhaul the car on the yeti rails? what to expect? like if i suddenly open the car, bearings might get all over..what to do and not to do?thanksWink

There are some pics in there you can look at, no real guide though. I don't remember the steps much since it was long ago that I sold the bike.

I have an 07 303. I took the rails off and the sliders no bearings fell out for me. I cleaned them all up degreased them and re lubed put back in rail and reinstalled them. Make sure to torque down everything to spec! Also make sure to use some thread lock. I used some blue loc tite and have had no issues.

If you go to yeti's site. I set support you can click the archive button and get the manuals for everything about the bike there. It's about 40 pages long or so..
