This is what I have Built up for 4X.

2006 Intense Tazer VP w/RockShox Mc3R rear shock
2006 RockShox Revelation 426 Dual air
Blue Chris King Single Speed hubs laced to Sun DS1xc rims, DT spokes, blue nipples
Blue Chris King Headset 1 1/8
Maxxis High Roller SEMI SLICKS F/R 2.35
Sram Hollow Pin Chain
Shimano Saint Cranks w/ 38t ring
MRP Chain Guide
Easton EA70 25.4 Riser bar uncut
Azonic Shorty stem 70mm
Intense Lock on grips
Hayes 9 Brakes (soon to be 2008 Juicy 7's)
Thomson Post
Selle Italia SLR TI/Carbon saddle 135g
Rear derailleur is a Rohloff tensioner to make up for chain growth when running singe speed on a suspension frame and it works great!

Depending on the tires I use the bike weighs between 28 and 30Lbs

I just raced a 4X event this evening at my local indoor BMX track. It was smokin' fast on the tight track. That frame rails sooooo hard in the corners you will love it!

You can still do it, but you ain't gunna win! 40+ pounds out on the course is bad times!
