Recently got riding again after selling all that I own to buy a house , dumb or what ! Smile . Managed to start scrambling my toys back , gsxr 750 and a gen 1 v10 . Got back up to the pace on my v10 after being out for a while , it is fairly old and can't stop myself looking at 2012 models . Big decision is do I sell my gsxr and v10 and buy myself a brand new d/h machine ?

I wouldn't, but that's only because I really want a GSXR. lol

It depends, do you like down hilling so much that you can part with your Gixxer?

I ride a GS500 and am looking at a GSXR600 for my next bike. I have a 2004 and a 2007 V10. I can definitely see why you want to upgrade. While my first generation V10 can handle everything a new bike can do, but my 2007 feels and rides much better.

I am looking at upgrading to the latest and greatest V10 on of these days to.

First things first, congrats on the new house!
Sell the crotch rocket and the old bike and upgrade. You can always pick up the same motorcycle again later in the future.

Honestly man from my experience, keep the gsxr and ride what you got. Until recently ive been riding a 07 jamis diablo, for the last 3 seasons. Yea old bikes don't look as good or Mayabe perform, but they still do all the shit you need them to do. I got pretty good on that, and now a few months ago I just got the Rocky Mountain slayer ss royale. I love it, rides like butter. And don't regret keeping my old bike that long because it was a beast. That's just what I think bro. It's really up to you

The sesson is definitely worth the money. I got a chance to ride it at a trek demo, it's super agile, and pretty light. I say get it.
